COVID 19 POLICY:
As we try to resume our lives in the era of Covid-19, certain measures must be taken in order for us all to remain safe. Here’s what to expect during your next visit to Dandelion Hair Studio:
***When you receive a text or email reminder for your appointment, please press the “CONFIRM” button. By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to the following disclosure statement:
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.
I further acknowledge that Dandelion Hair Studio has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I further acknowledge that Dandelion Hair Studio can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, salon staff, and other salon clients and their families.
I voluntarily seek services provided by Dandelion Hair Studio and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.
I attest that:
* I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
* I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
* I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.
* I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
* I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.
* I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I hereby release and agree to hold Dandelion Hair Studio harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the salon, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Dandelion Hair Studio. I understand that this release discharges Dandelion Hair Studio from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Dandelion Hair Studio. This liability waiver and release extends to the salon together with all owners, partners, and employees.
Again, by confirming your appointment you are agreeing to the statements listed above.
***When you arrive, please remain in your car. I will text you when I am ready for you.
***Face coverings must be worn at all times. I have disposable masks available if you don’t want to get hair on yours or are receiving a color service.
***Please use hand sanitizer provided upon arrival.
***I am still providing a wellness aromatherapy scalp massage at the beginning of haircut appointments. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide hot towel treatments because of the face masks.
***I will be performing a blowdry with each service unless you request otherwise. Please let me know prior to the service if you do not want your hair dried.
***The checkout process will remain the same as I am able to disinfect the Ipad between clients. If you choose to pay with cash, please bring the exact amount. I will not have change.
***Unfortunately, we will have to minimize contact. I wish I could give hugs and see your smiling faces. This will be the hardest change for me. Know that I’m smiling under my mask and I am so excited to be with you!
RESERVATION POLICIES:
Online booking will require a credit card to secure an appointment time. Because of the nature of online booking, Dandelion Hair Studio will try our best to keep your appointment at the desired time requested. An appointment may need to be adjusted to better accommodate you. You will always be notified in advance if an adjustment is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to serve you with consideration, I respectfully ask for a credit card to secure online bookings. Your card will never be charged in advance of your scheduled appointment. I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Cancelled appointments or "no shows' occurring with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
